Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Magnetic Automation Corporation MLC10-100U parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Man-Diesel--Turbo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mannesmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Manix-Master-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Man-Diesel--Turbo such as the 16982859 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT1102516 manufactured by Mannesmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Mannesmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K25 by Manufacturer Manix-Master-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Marathon Brand CVJ56B34F5326JP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Magnetic-Specialties such as E6691 equipment made by Magnetic-Specialties have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available ENE460A001 made by Maple as well as the popular HMI550T original spares produced by Maple

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8VJ145TTDR3544AAP by Marathon and E6691 spares by Magnetic-Specialties are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F810106 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon.
